Sign up for just one or as many as you’d like! Lessons are 1:1 via Zoom and last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
Some concepts/techniques/skills will be repeated from class to class to give you more practice!

After you register, check your inbox for all of the details on what we’ll make in that class.

Ingredients: you’ll receive a shopping list upon registration. I always offer options,
but typically, I recommend ingredients you’ll want to reach for over and over again.

Recipes: you will also receive PDFs of the recipes, which I recommend you print or have
the window open on your computer/device for reference. I will guide you through the
whole recipe from start to finish, but then you can save them for future cooking!

Templates: shopping lists, meal planning grids, and other handy kitchen references
